ABOUT DR. ADRIAN LING and Team

ABOUT DR. ADRIAN LING

Adrian was born and grew up in Melbourne.  As a medical student, Adrian spent several months as an inpatient in hospital and rehabilitation after a bike accident that resulted in multiple spine fractures. Adrian’s experience as a patient affords him an empathy and understanding that is present in his communication and treatment of his patients.  In his spare time, Adrian now enjoys relaxing with his wife and three children.

Adrian graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery in 2001. Adrian is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons and a member of the Australian and New Zealand Society of Vascular Surgery and European Society of Vascular Surgery. Adrian is a member of the Senior Medical Staff at the Royal Melbourne Hospital.

Dr. Adrian Ling is one the leading vascular surgeons in Melbourne who works with a dedicated team. His dedicated and friendly secretarial staff aim to make your appointments as seamless as possible. He has experienced, professional and caring nursing staff who assist with his procedures. Furthermore, he works with highly qualified ultrasound radiographers (ultrasonographers), who have been extensively trained in vascular ultrasound – this provides an accurate, high quality and detailed examination of a patient’s arteries and veins. In addition, the vascular ultrasound is often coordinated to occur at the time of a follow-up appointment with Adrian, to save patients the hassle of a separate visit for their ultrasound scan.
