For Adrian's Specialist GP colleagues

Thank you for your referrals. It is my aim to:
  1. See your referrals in a timely fashion, usually within a month, or within 1-3 days if deemed urgent.
  2. Send you correspondence within 24 hours of seeing a patient.
  3. Take your phone calls for advice.
  4. Be receptive to admitting patients for inpatient care if you believe the patient is not suitable for community-based management.
  5. Follow up test results that I order and not request this of you.
  6. Keep you and other practitioners involved in a patient’s care updated with management plans, procedures and follow up.
  7. Provide your patients with optimal care in a caring, timely and professional manner.
